Here’s a drop in the bucket, it may not be for you, but it will work for someone. Having solar is a huge plus for a townhome. Lots of townhomes don’t have it, so the homeowner needs to pay for with their own funds, a solar lease or a loan on top of a mortgage. It’s a step in the right direction.
