  1. $444/sqft is insane and NOT affordable. Sustainable development? Where are the 14 new electric vehicles going to charge? Where are the 14 new cars going to park? On the same block as the UofO students? Uncontrolled greed lead by incompetent city planning department.

  2. Another joke of a project at the expense of taxpayers that will do no nothing but pad the pockets of those involved getting subsidies for 3 "affordable" of the 14 they built.

  3. BLM and antifa will enjoy smashing the windows out of these when portlanders throw their next baby fit. Regardless of whether if it’s them losing an election or their favorite terrorist organization getting its ass kicked.

  4. Sounds good. People complain about the lack of housing.

Here’s a drop in the bucket, it may not be for you, but it will work for someone. Having solar is a huge plus for a townhome. Lots of townhomes don’t have it, so the homeowner needs to pay for with their own funds, a solar lease or a loan on top of a mortgage. It’s a step in the right direction.
