This is a very timely conversation, it saddens my heart that our PHCs have not matured as would you expect in a country of this calibre so that will we have built on already efficient systems. After policies are made we need to fight for follow through and consistency.
Strong systems are key, I really hope that this conference galvanizes the relevant stakeholders to wake up to their responsibilities.
