Was watching it and thinking this was going to be one hell of a segue to the point, thought maybe the damage was so great from the hurricane that they needed a ton of landfill or something. I guess if you have 20 different channels and personalities, this is bound to happen 🙂

OK, the money could be appropriated if the speaker of the house Mike Johnson would ask Congress to come back and take a vote, but he won’t do this. It is not politically opportunistic for him.
