Mark speaks to Climate Activists and the Public, to find out why JUST STOP OIL caused so much disruption, and why it was so controversial.
His reasons? Just bored I guess.
This is a Student Film, first and foremost.
Neither the film nor the people behind the making of it are sponsored or affiliated with any of the featured groups or organisations, except in the case of Mark being alumni of CCCU.
JUST STOP is an independent project and was not made to condemn or condone any of the beliefs, people, or groups featured.
This film was never meant to be a scientific documentary about Climate Change, nor was it supposed to be a profile on Just Stop Oil. There’s enough of that already. We wanted to make a film about the relationship between the activists and the public being inconvenienced by their protests. It’s a film about people, and why they do what they do.
JUST STOP is a NO BUDGET Documentary made by two guys, Mark & Luke (Me), whilst we were also working full-time jobs.
We thank everyone that helped us get it done.
