Just like energy, water does not disappear from this world. Whether we ingest it, or you water your yard, it eventually goes into the ground. It evaporates and returns to the clouds to start the cycle again. It is a renewable resource. No one should have a monopoly over our earths water. I live in the woods. I have a well. Very deep well. My water cost nothing , but the power tht runs the electric pump , tht sends the water to my house and all faucets and shower/tubs. Im sooooooooooooooo thankful for this. The well ppl tht dug it back in 2011, had lydar or whatever it's called maps of the underground in the area. They say I'm sitting on top of a HUGE underground cave and river system. VERY deep of course. I can't remember how far down. My well was dug deep as they could go when they did it. My dad, RIP dad, had them dig it deep as they possibly could. Paid extra for it.

In Cape Town, South Africa, customers who qualify for indigent benefits must limit their monthly water use to 15,000 liters. This is equivalent to a daily average of 500 liters. If a customer's water use exceeds this limit for two consecutive months, they will receive a warning letter.
