It's perhaps not for all but one can live quite well without meat, dairy or fish. I've been a veggie since before Paul McCartney. I've been a marathon and ultra marathon runner and have practiced all manner of martial rts throughout my teen and adult life. Give me a mountain and I can hike for hours. Grandpa was a cheese maker so I'll not give up me cheddar, yet. I have never pushed nor propagandized my personal diet choice on others. One can live quite nicely without meat.

Already too late im afraid, most people out in the sleepy rural suburbs are soon in for a rude awakening… businesses are going, healthcare and schools are at capacity and beyond, benefits are an asylum seekers goal, the universitys , councils and politicians are bought…just a matter of time….. people are moving to Asia and Russia or going off grid …the smart ones anyway.
