Sustainable Building Services 
This video features interviews with apprentices throughout the Sustainable Investments Group. They explain their reasons for choosing apprenticeships as a route to career progression. They also explain the benefits of learning on the job, what they get out of working within the group, and what they aspire to achieve in the future.
The apprentices are performing a variety of different roles, developing in roles such as construction manager, quantity surveyor, estimator, project manager, lab technician and planning & construction coordinator.
The interviewees explain how their experiences differed from their early expectations. They also offer advice for others who may be considering a new apprenticeship, particularly in the fast-growing decarbonisation and retrofit sectors.
