8th High-Level Dialogue: ASEAN Community Vision 2025 & UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development

Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, delivered remarks via video message at the 8th High-Level Brainstorming Dialogue on Enhancing Complementarities between the ASEAN Community Vision 2025 and the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (HLBD), in Bangkok, Thailand, on 31 October 2024.
The 8th HLBD brings together the ASEAN Member States and partners to accelerate the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and advance a sustainable, green ASEAN. Through dialogues and sharing of best practices, this platform is committed to fostering cooperation in key areas such as green finance, resilience against climate change, effective digital infrastructure, energy transition, and networking and partnerships for sustainability.
