There is a thing called overproduction and market flooding thats what Chinese does. This is the reason of high tarriffs to correct the trade balance.

Western world EU and America can put there profits back into making their own cars , home grown farmed vegetables and other products that they make. Western world company owners can put their own profits back into their manufacturing companies just the same as China is doing.
