  1. I think he is a totally divisive man and I don't think for one minute that he believes in jesus christ as our only hope for redemption, he actually works against the bible teachings. This man needs a change of vocation from the church to social care.

  2. The Church must stand true to Christ, firm, resolute and unapologetic. The church should not shy away from teaching pure Christianity, or be embarrassed by it. Nor should it water down the truths that made Christianity the most appealing and successful explanation of the purpose of life and how we can be saved from death. The Lord Jesus Christ did not feel that he had to be a ‘politician’. He stood firm to those things that were right and he died for it. He taught us that through defeat, we can rise triumphant to sit on the right hand of God.
I think Justin Welby, of all people, has forgotten what Christianity is about. He has walked on the other side and neglected his calling and failed in his defence of true faith.

  3. I just wanted to say I really appreciate what you do sharing Christian news for the UK. It must be a lot of work to do along side your local ministry. Thank you.

  4. What about a Christian church within the proscribed one hundred and fifty metre zone? Holding a Bible? Shouldn’t the Archbishop of Canterbury have something to say about this?

  5. Rev Dan, here is a question for you on behalf of migrated Anglican Christians from commonwealth countries in England. I am sure they may feel very difficult as they can't either leave or continue in the CoE as their tradition and faith are against homosexuality.

  6. The CofE is buggered. It frets about gay marriage, which affects maybe 1% of the population, while shielding Islam from criticism. The Islamisation of the UK will affect 100% of everyone, and with death penalty for gays.
CofE has its priorities all wrog.

  7. I have questions. I'm not Christian, but was contemplating taking my son to the local church. I've heard welby and don't like a lot of what he says.Does his view change the teachings of the local churches? Can he be sacked? What if you want to go to church but don't agree with his views? Do you go RC instead? How are people dealing with being Christian but disagreeing with the boss 🤷‍♀️, and how is he the boss if he isn't really a christian, because he doesn't really sound like one compared to the limited amount we've learnt from trying to understand the bible. Which is not an easy read how people remember so much of it is crazy!

  8. ! Glad you quoted th warning against 'Jezebel' (behaviour) – Revel ch 2 .
Welby shoud be sackd, thoug perhaps he coud repent, get onhis knees & pray for 'directipn ' – Proverbs 3.

  9. how about a lady in a headscarf, holding a green-covered bible … silently praying within the red zone of an abortion factory … need a good telepath to know if wicked prayer is being carried out (now hiring?) … funding for palliative care may be redirected to … the snuff option … Luce sounds a little too close to Luc.i.fer for me … can see it being used as an entry point for some nasty types … stand for Jesus!

  10. ABC JW seemed to somehow be cheerfully capitulating to Campbell (of all people!) podcast. Almost as if it suits him personally him not to ‘condemn’ anyone. Did it used to be called calling people to repentance so as to hope for eternal life? Nope, can’t be doing with that anymore thanks very much.

  11. Go GAFCON Go! An Anglican Church that DOES NOT follow its foundational documents; namely, the Bible as stated in the 39 Articles of Religion … see No. 6. Of The Sufficiency of Scripture for Salvation. Mr Welby (No other title is necessary) has forfeited his office because Scripture says homo-sexuality is Sin, (no ifs or buts). Also, he has denied his promises that he made when consecrated Bishop and Archbishop, by breaking 'Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour' one of the 10 commandments contained in Scripture. In this Global Social Media age, ones neighbour thus becomes all who learn of this mans unbiblical thoughts. I must not judge him, I must avoid him, there is a greater one that WILL judge him.

  12. 150m Safe Zone? Safe for whom? The mother? The Baby? How does the law address churches that fall within 150m of a clinic, or a clinic that wishes to open within of 150m of a church? The secular world is mad and (by Satan's bad).

  13. Starmer is fan of fighting for Peoples Rights, has he ever fought a case for a Christian using the Human Rights Act this Act allows for personal expression of Religion? Sadly, IMHO, he is against the Christian and captured by Satan.

  14. Re: Luce I think the Vatican needed to look at the other works of TokiDoki some of which are wildly inappropriate depictions of young (cartoon) girls in very adult situations. The Luce character isn't necessarily the issue. It's not my particular style, but as a mascot for an even held in Japan, I can see that it might go over well there.
It would be like if they asked John Waters to write and director a short film for them. It just seems like a poor choice of artist.

The Catholic Church already as that dark cloud of child SA that shadows everything they do. That they would willing choose to partner with an artist that creates cartoon/anime content depicting child-like characters engaging in such activities seems like a truly bad choice.

  15. A heat pump in a medieval church would be worse than useless (and bad for the environment). The building would lose heat almost as fast as the pump could add it. It would take many hours to heat the building up and most of the KW hours of heat would be lost to the outside before the congregation arrived. You need something that can supply a lot of heat very fast to heat up a church, gas is ideal, conventional electric fan heaters can work, but it needs to be something you can switch on soon before the service and off straight afterwards.

  16. If on’y Welby would read Ez ch3. And the first few chapters of Romans. What a farce that neither of our Archbishops has any in-depth knowledge of scripture. When decadence has infected even the higher levels of leadership in the church, the nation is in grave danger, unless the righteous stand up.
