Good conversation… I felt couple of things couldve been discussed a little more
I) hedging and hallmarking aspect should've been discussed a little more and explained clearly in terms of contracts / hedging
ii) while gold has a resale / appreciation value why aren't diamonds, platinum etc are not considered a sign of wealth
iii) the cost at which LGDs truly become beneficial
And one nit picking – it is Thangamayil and not Thangamalai, Shashank should pay a little more attention. Additionally, Titan Co has a stake in American LGD company to understand trends.
Recently govt reduce the custom duty and gold price have fallen is it also hedged from any inventory loss. So we can expect good result or bad result in this quarter from jewellery stocks?
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! Could you help me with something unrelated: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
