560 mortgage payment to 1700 a month ? The property is already raised up! I'm skeptical that we are seeing the entire financial picture here, I know the insurance situation is bad but it cannot be THAT bad.
and guess what.. ya'll created this mess..
People living around coastal areas in southern states need to drastically change the way their homes are constructed to having brickwork and flat sloped roofs for more stability, thus helping lower insurance claims, premiums.
Sending thoughts and prayers.
It’s government policies not climate change. Houses didn’t used to be this expensive to build
Thank you Jesus 🙏
It's a self-inflicted injury. LOL. They could live in hurricane-proof, tornado-proof McAllen, Texas, but they don't want to.
I just don't understand why they keep building these wooden shacks
Alabama, Florida, N. Carolina. Louisiana. Massive increases in insurance and companies failing. All in Republican states. All deny climate change.
Remember the old sayin-“hurricanes and tornadoes are circles and we build squares”.
You mean a swamp on the edge of a hurricanehighway has problems with flooding?!😮
