Abstract
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations represent noble aspirations that would change the world, if achieved. In this webinar, the Human Space Program (HSP) team will discuss a proposed HSP simulation model, a computer-based tool for investigation of the implications of migration of human civilization into space. This model can be used to explore the possible impacts of the proposed 18th SDG in achieving the other 17 SDGs. The team will also consider how building a model brings apparent adversaries together to achieve a common purpose, and why planet Earth needs for this reconciliation to happen urgently.
