  1. Sadly, those countries which normally & frequently facing foods shortages & malnutrition are the countries normally also have high birth rate.

Knowing that foods are something in which the productions are closely associated with Capitalist profits oriented activities, climate, demand & supply, etc. Making them hard to come by even worst at the critical moments. Relying on aids may not last or even unavailability of foods.

Somehow, these countries must rely on education to control the birth rates & not solely on aids alone as it is uncertain.

Education on family planning is necessary to reduce such catastrophe. Not only education on family planning, enforcement of family planning but must also enforced by laws or incentivised. I think this could contribute in some way in mitigating the suffering of foods shortages. At least it could alleviates some problems for those countries prone to famines. It reduces burden on their gorverment & strengthen politic structures.

I think , rather then seeing your people dying from hunger, suffering from malnutrition, non nourishment , bony/skinny emaciated looks, it is always better to control the birth rate on those famine proned areas. Otherwise, they're going to experience the same problems every years.

Having a good scheme to alleviate the suffering, why not & it is no harm but strengthen the country.

( ofcourse- apply to those area prone to famines due to nature )

    For better world

  2. There is no food shortage every year governments pay farmers not to plan too capacity or they actually destroy crops to keep food prices where they want them the problem is some people are too poor to buy food it’s not a problem of food shortage a homeless person standing outside a grocery store is not starving because he has no food he’s starving because he doesn’t have any money to buy food
