I believe Azerbaijan now has a best position to hold COP29 where representatives of all countries from around the world can freely attend and be part of climate talks. Even Afganistan. In the end it is not an European Summit but United Nations, thanks to God 🙂 I dont think that ignoring countries which has lower human rights index will really help to decrease carbon emission or fight agains climate disasters. This is such a childish approach and not political.
