B.C. earmarks $60M to build protective dikes in Merritt

A sigh of relief for some people in Merritt on Tuesday as the province pledged $60 million to build protective dikes in the city. As Radio-Canada’s Camille Vernet reports, it comes three years after floodwaters swept through the community.
