20th IDRiM Cafe: Deep Evolution of Climate Change: Recent Global Flood Disaster (Mr. Viorel Arghius)

The International Society of Integrated Disaster Risk Management (IDRiM) Society held the 20th IDRiM Café on 20 February 2025.
The theme was “Deep Evolution of Climate Change: Recent Global Flood Disaster, Lessons about Pro-active Preparedness and Social Amplification in Central Europe and South Asia.”
We had four guest speakers, and the first speaker was Mr. Viorel Arghius, a lecturer at the Faculty of Environmental Science and Engineering, Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
