20th IDRiM Cafe: Deep Evolution of Climate Change: Recent Global Flood Disaster (Ms. Debaleena Roy)

The International Society of Integrated Disaster Risk Management (IDRiM) Society held the 20th IDRiM Café on 20 February 2025.
The theme was “Deep Evolution of Climate Change: Recent Global Flood Disaster, Lessons about Pro-active Preparedness and Social Amplification in Central Europe and South Asia”.
We had four guest speakers, and the third speaker was Ms. Debaleena Roy, who is an Urban Planner and PhD scholar at the Center of Excellence in Disaster Mitigation and Management, IIT Roorkee, India, specializing in urban resilience, flood risk management, and disaster risk reduction.
