
Wildfire season in New Jersey runs from mid-March through mid-May, but you wouldn’t know that based on the hundreds of fires the state has seen already this year. Scientists say climate change is fueling drier conditions and increasing fire risks, expanding wildfire season. NBC10’s First Alert meteorologist Michelle Rotella explains how one of the techniques used to fight wildfires has been limited so far this year.
