when was the EU allowed to become a political "block" up to the point of wanting to create its own "army"? When my parents voted to become a part of the "common market" in the early 1970's, it was basically created to make agricultural deals easier between European countries, now it seems to have been usurped by megalomaniacs with delusions of empire in my opinion. Who gave these unelected Bureaucrats like Van Rompuy and Von Der Leyen such power?
