Visited these lake towns. Incredible people. Their lives are so challenging and different, but somehow so normal at the same time. Seeing a stall made of sticks and sheet metal selling a hundred smartphones 10 years ago helped me realise how connected the world had become.
They aren't rich but they are wealthy in many ways beyond money.
How about start a multi billion dollar anti fracking campaign and force everyone to buy German made wind turbines?

Most of you don't know that about 60% of these floating houses belong to illegal Vietnamese immigrant the so-called boat people that love to live around Mekong Lake. it is part of their government plan since the old time and Cambodia government can't do anything about it.

I’m not in that community but that climate change is less affected Cambodia. The topic should have changed to “ challenging of lives on the floating village!”
