Using thermal cameras and hand tools to avoid triggering further collapse, they dig through the saturated earth with care and urgency.
The scene turns emotional as one tiny lion cub, gasping for breath and covered in mud, gently licks the rescuer’s face in gratitude. All three siblings are pulled to safety and reunited with their anxious mother, who had been pacing the perimeter.
