Outlaw cruise boats, in the city itself ban any motor boats, and pile drive support struts that buildings can use as anchors with material similar to what was used all those years ago, and limit tourism until such a time as Venice has recovered

Italy its the only western country who had communism and thats a pretty son of a … of a virus.. just enters into a sociery and it sucks the life out of it…pure evil.. and it takes generations for a society to get slowly back on its feet. Plus, the "little" mafia problem they have, doesnt help either.
They cut down all the trees on Velebit and the surrounding area to build Venice. They destroyed the entire Adriatic coast. Now Venice is on its way to being forgotten.
