LOWCOUNTRY, S.C. (WCIV) – Raging wildfires, melting glaciers, deadly heat waves. These are just some of the more extreme things that come to mind when picturing the effects of climate change. This global issue has arrived at the Lowcountry’s door with more frequent flooding, increased beach erosion, and longer, more intense heat waves, all influenced by the warming world.
Scientists agree that the impacts of climate change will only worsen in the coming years as the planet continues to warm, a direct result of human’s everyday actions that add heat-trapping gasses to the atmosphere.
In Rising Tides, a new 30-minute special, News 4 takes you around the Lowcountry to see firsthand how people in all walks of life are impacted by climate change and how they are adapting to it.

I turned this video on to my mom and now she wants to be a blogger too. Looks like we have a family project💕
We live in South Carolina we don't believe in liberal "Climate Change" . Charleston flooding out more than ever, beaches eroding faster and warmer water are just things that I have never seen.
