Sick of the automatic bs climate change notice.
This was caused by seismic activity causing the adjacent mountain to collapse, with the debris falling on the glacier which couldn't sustain it's weight. There has been a massive increase in solar activity which has caused tectonic shift, volcanoes to vent, magma to rise, and activity around the Pacific rim, Vesuvius and Campi Flegrei, Yellowstone, Equador etc.
