It’s deeply regrettable that this type of disaster recurs year after year. The notion that sharing large quantities of rice to the masses can make up for tragic events is beyond ridiculous. The system has failed Nigerians; the government has failed to implement concrete policies to address issues like flooding.

Please Sir, if I may ask with all due respect 🙏. What's going on with the ECOLOGICAL FUNDS? Is the funds meant for what? This funds supposed to addressing environmental factors and other relevant environmental degradation in Nigeria. What's going on in respect of effective governance across the country, please? With the global warming and awareness of global warming, yet, policymakers in Nigeria are purposeless of meaningful governance in Nigeria. How did we get here?
Irresponsible government over the development of the nation. May the soul of the departed rest in peace.
Any Nigerian who thinks this government in power now cares about him or her, he or she is sleeping on a bicycle 🚴.
