Paul lost 14 of his 15 cows and all his goats, except one, to a severe drought in Samburu County, Kenya, in 2020.
This disaster left his family without food or income, driving him to marry off his 13-year-old daughter in exchange for a dowry.
Now, bitterly regretting his decision, his hopes are pinned on eldest daughter Ng’ssunye as she works to finish her secondary education and improve her job prospects.
