   I have been subjected by the CIA MK Ultra operative and by the PNP Junlee P. Haboybon on mind control. They broadcast my frequency to all 7 continents and beyond. They use the EMP on board the plane, and other parts of the world. Haboybon team’s voices heard in Hawaii. PNP Junlee P. Haboybon asked the CIA operative to help him get a visa to go to America he confessed mid January 2022. He also forced the CIA operative to allow him full control of the MK Ultra pahiwatig mind control.

   At 8:20pm of 11.8.24 in the Philippines I heard the voice of a male cop on EMP warning the CIA operative a.k.a. German Torsten to not expose the PNP Junlee P. Haboybon and his team who have been conspiring with him and on his payroll since 2016. They rape, kill, torture, and programming evilness to the public. PNP Junlee P. Haboybon programs my frequency more than anybody else with their PNP propaganda, disinformation, perversion, and death threat.

   The CIA operative seemed cowed in the corner as a controlled opposition. On the evening of January 4, 2023 he told me on EMP that Haboybon have blackmailed him for money. On September 2023 CIA operative told me on EMP that Haboybon wants full control of the frequency and the mind control.

   At 12:40pm of 11.8.24 Haboybon used code word to tell me that if I don’t consent they’ll kill me.

   There’s a big cover up of the PNP’s domestic terrorism in Zambales happening in the Philippines.

   CIA MK Ultra operative’s mind control is on a global scale while Junlee P. Haboybon and his team’s mind control is on universal scale. They aim to sell my frequency to the highest bidder around the world.

   They have been torturing me into consenting to their control of my frequency since 2016. They killed my mother, set me up to nine lawsuits, assaulted me over 30,000 times to the vital organs with their EMP, and gang-raped me with EMP thousands of times and at least three times while unconscious. After waking me up they assaulted me to the vital organs simultaneously.

   They induced symptoms of heart attack morning, day, and night. They induced cancer in the blood with their radiation burns morning, day, and night.

   They admitted to the killing of my mother on June 11, 2022 and on May 7, 2023. On May 7, 2023 the CIA also admitted into killing the father of my children who was a retired U.S. Army green beret. I heard the CIA operative’s voice on board the plane. I heard the CIA operative’s group voices including Haboybon team’s voices in Hawaii.

   CIA operative urged Haboybon to admit on EMP that he wants to get a visa to go to America mid January 2022.
