On March 28th, a 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar, devastating the region and communities. Hospitals are overwhelmed with mass injuries, communities have been flattened, thousands have been displaced.

Note: According to a report from the U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, the earthquake and aftershocks are estimated to have affected more than 17 million people across the country, including more than 9 million who were severely affected. It is anticipated that the number of affected people and death toll will drastically increase as telecommunications return.
