On the Triggernometry Podcast, Matt Ridley discussed why many politicians love having climate change as an excuse for everything. He said, climate change gives them an overwhelming enemy to blame all of their incompetence on, so that they do not have to admit that all of the disasters occurring under their watch are actually due to their own failed policies.
