Part Two of the International Workshops on High-Fidelity Real-Time Digital Twins for the Simulation of Extreme Events and Their Impact on Disaster Resilience and Preparedness
This closed workshop, funded by the EPSRC through the XR Network Plus initiative, aims to bring together a diverse range of stakeholders—including interdisciplinary specialists, first responders, policy makers, and members of the public with an interest in climate change and digital innovation.
The event took place in the Royal College of Art’s new Visualisation Lab and was recorded in VR180 by experts from RiVR, enabling an immersive viewing experience. As part of the programme, we demonstrated our “xQuake” platform alongside the iFire platform developed by the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
