  1. i feel like its more like when a person who has never killed their food actually bears witness to say a cow being slaughtered. they cant imagine it due to never experiencing it. i hope you can figure out what i am trying to say.

  2. "..guess what? That is still not enough to convince me to stop eating meat…"

"Eating a vegan diet could be the “single biggest way” to reduce your environmental impact on earth, a new study suggests. Researchers at the University of Oxford found that cutting meat and dairy products from your diet could reduce an individual's carbon footprint from food by up to 73 per cent.Sep 24, 2020"

Is it the only thing we need to do? No. Is is necessary to solve the problem?
    Yes.

Link to the study on my channel under "About."

  3. To continue with Nancy Sinatra:

"You keep lyin' when you oughta be truthin'
And you keep losing when you oughta not bet
You keep samin' when you oughta be a'changin'
Now what's right is right but you ain't been right yet"

    We gotta stop "samin'." 😁

I had to – the image of the earth telling us it's had enough by singing "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'" is just too wonderful!

Maybe this is list of compelling reasons will.
1-Your own health (vegans are less likely to get several deadly chronic diseases)
2-Helping to end animal agriculture would reduce the chance of another pandemic & other zoonotic diseases
3-Helping to end animal ag would reduce the chance of the development of an antibiotic resistant pathogen.
4-Animal ag wastes a huge amount of fresh water. Each vegan saves 219,000 gallons of water every year!
5-Animal ag is a major cause of water pollution
6-Animal ag is a major cause of deforestation
7-Animal ag increases PTSD and spousal abuse in the people who work in slaughterhouses. Workers in meat packing facilities often endure terrible, dangerous working conditions.
8-Animal ag is a major cause of the loss of habitat and biodiversity
    9-Animal welfare, obviously
10- It is the single most effective way for each of us to fight climate change and environmental degradation.
    11- Longer lifespan.
12- Healthier weight (vegans were the only dietary group in the Adventist Studies that had an average BMI in the recommended range.)
13- A healthy plant based diet significantly reduces the chances of ED later in life, and even 1 meal can improve bedroom performance
14- A plant based diet could save money! You could reduce your food budget by one third!
15- A vegan world would save 8 million human lives a year, and $1.5 trillion in health care costs (Oxford Study)

Links for some of these are at my channel under "About."
If you doubt any of them, I would be glad to cite evidence from credible sources to back them up. YouTube only allows a certain number of links at my channel.

You obviously care about climate change. Why else would you watch this video and read the comments? Why wouldn't you want to do the single most effective thing to fight it? The UN has declared a "Code Red!" Have you seen the effects of climate change in the news? Drought, fires, floods, etc?

  5. See, we don't have Zombies.. as we think of them. No we can't have a zombie apocalypse, but there is a species of fungi that takes over the brain of an ant that proceeds to take over different ants until something kills the fungi. so technically we have a form of zombies, just not one that is dangerous to humans.

  6. You want to prepare your kids for the future? Take them to live in a favela, township, slum or ghetto. I don't think humans will go extinct, I do think there will be a race to the bottom and massive depopulation.

  7. He forgot to mention that climate change has been occurring for a long time even without humans around … fires, droughts, blizzards, melting polar caps, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, etc. AND earth is still around … wow … what a relief 🙂

  8. Higher levels of carbon dioxide a complete disaster? C02 has been much higher the past and life has thrived. The fact is there's never been a time because just of CO2 there's been a disaster. Temps higher than 1.5 What the change from Anchorage to Miami, or New York to Los Angeles, even city to country? Temperature rise happened before 1950 and then again in 1970. Not since 1990. Do you realize there is no way to predict climate in a 150 year cycle let alone 30 years? The Earth has been warming 1.5 degrees F since the last mini ice age. The biggest determiner for rising temps is water vapor. "The International Panel on Climate Change" reports that it will be wetter. Go to extremes with no context of data. Perhaps you should see what the former of Greenpeace Patrick Moore hast say on the subject. At least, he is a scientist.

  9. Serious question for ANY denier to try and answer. No one ever has. Is it not just a little bit convenient that your opinion on climate change JUST SO HAPPENS to align with that of the elite who own multi trillion dollar multi national oil companies that are at risk of losing profits? That doesn’t set off any alarm bells for you?

  10. To be fair, even without rising sea levels, New Orleans wasbalready destined to be underwater as they are below sea level. A much larger and faster contributor to new orleans going underwater is the destruction of natural barriers. On another note, the mississippi should have moved by now without our intervention. The misssissippi flipping would be huge, as trade is dependent on it. Also, lets not forget the damage that would ensue in the eventual move, as the conditions continue to favor the new route more. So when things di go by force, it will be dissasterous. The worse cause of this would be a attack on certain barriers in war or as terrorism. So both the big city at the mouth of the mississippi (New Orleans) and the actusl Mississippi River are at risk. We really need to put a TON of effort, money, and investigation into the situation to start the transition NOW. The US or entire Globe could enter a depression from the months long complete lack of trade routes for ships on the mississippi, and a TON of roads would be blocked. Just that block of trade would cause famine and food scarcity, nevertheless lack of traveling and complete destabalization of the economy. New Orleans going under would also destroy trade routes at tge Major port there, and the mississippi may be too dangerous to enter for days-weeks-years due ti random garbage and floatinf debris. Nevertheless the polutuon that would happen for the whole gulf of mexico potentially. All of the refugees as well… This is ignoring the less universal effects yet EXTREME on the individuals that will be dehomed, lose everything, all businesses destroyed, nowhere for them to live, databanks nit backed up deleting networks and storage and applications forever, and in the case of the missisippi widespread and FAST deadly water rushing to kill everyone before they even had a chance. The damage coyld be catastrophic as the dirextion is fukly naturally changed yet there is no pathway to ease the ruver to slowly switch. No idea how the missisippi change might affect actual structure in new orleans, but it will for sure greatly harm them as tgat port is a MASSIVE part of their economy. The thing is we havent had this sort of event in the modern tech age, so we have no idea how it could probably destroy our whole economical system and destabalize our whole system. The modern system is very efficient, but in seeking efficiency we have created an extremely vulnerable system. Look thus stuff up theres a good video on youtube about the mississippi by one of those science/teaching youtubers, i believe wendover productions.
