  1. Of course. Brought to you by CNN, worst of the AGWKers. They showed Columbia Glacier in Alaska going away. Now go look as Shirase Glacier Anatarctia grew during that same period (with Columbia's ice, no doubt), and how Hourihan, Hut Point, Farmer and Totten Glaciers Antarctica stayed the same during that period, with a couple showing ice shelf changes. Mendenhall Glacier in Alaska stayed the same, too. What shocked me in the Timelapses were the massive changes in Chinese cities. Wow! Population is a much worse problem than any perceived climate changes. Let's work on that instead, eh?

  2. Why don't we just apply Pascal's Wager to Climate Change, just in case? That way, regardless if it's real or not, we still have more renewable energy sources and cleaner air & water. It seems like the logical thing to do. Because if it is real, and we don't, then … shit.

  3. ''Great change is coming to the world, change unlike anything that humanity as a whole has ever seen before—Great Waves of change all converging at this time. For humanity has impacted the world in so many ways, and the results of that impact are now gathering—gathering strength, gathering force, converging at a time when humanity is largely unaware and unprepared.''
Excerpt from Marshall Vian Summer's book 'The Great Waves of Change: Navigating the Difficult Times Ahead'

  4. fuck off CNN and all media the earth goes through natural cycle of warming and cooling and has done for as long as the Earth has had an atmosphere

  5. Yes folks, the ice recedes, then it comes back again, it recedes, then it comes back again, it recedes, then it comes back again, over and over again for eternity. That's life. It's been this way for billions of years. Nothing to worry about.

  6. It is the rapid rate of rising global temperatures that will most thwart our best attempts to both adapt to climate change and to mitigate global warming. Minor climate changes on the local scale have caused past civilizations to collapse. We’re facing upcoming major changes on a global scale. In the end, there’ll be no where left to run to.

  7. Obviously fake and misleading. These images were going from winter in one year and going to summer the next year to make it "seem" like there was a big change. Obviously ice melts in summer there's nothing wrong with that. Climate change is a hoax

  8. Are they mixing photos taken in different season through out the year? That could be misleading. If you see snow melting or vegetation disappearing but really the photos are progressing from winter to summer of vice versa.

  9. 0:12 – This is the Aral Sea in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. It dried up due to the Soviet Union using it for irrigation purposes by diverting water from the rivers that fed into it, which was done to support extensive cotton cultivation in the region. Climate Change was hardly responsible for this time-lapse of the sea drying up so rapidly.
