Hello! I am messaging on behalf of We The World’s Freedom Film Festival. We are a new (short) film festival that is still in the process of transitioning online, so apologies for the informalities and lack of social media presence. We wanted to create this to unite people through these times and work towards building a strong community and positive social change. This festival is happening during We The World’s 11 Days of Unity (9/11-9/21) leading up to the International Day of Peace, which can be viewed on our website: https://11daysofglobalunity.org/wefreedom-film-fest/. We will be having 11 categories based on each day, so if you are interested, your film would ideally be under one of those categories.
If you are on the fence, know that there is no entry fee. Meaning, you lose absolutely nothing by submitting! Additionally, there will prize money for the first three winners (1st place – $500, 2nd place – $300, 1st place – $100)!
The only requirements are:
– must be under 39 minutes
– must submit a link so it can be viewed online (streamed, rather than .mp4)
– must submit a short bio for the film and a headshot of yourself!
