17 Goals to Transform Our World
The Sustainable Development Goals are a call for action by all countries – poor, rich and middle-income – to promote prosperity while protecting the planet. They recognize that ending poverty must go hand-in-hand with strategies that build economic growth and address a range of social needs including education, health, social protection, and job opportunities, while tackling climate change and environmental protection. More important than ever, the goals provide a critical framework for COVID-19 recovery.

UN MUST STRENGTHEN MEMBER COUNTRIES OF THE COMMITTEE APPLY TRADE PENALTIES TO BRASIL. WE LIVE A TOUGH DICTATOR IN THE COUNTRY. THE JUDGE SERGIO MORO CONDEMNED EX PRESIDENT LULA
Fine to all of that. Where's the goal to end MAD? Because as long as we have ICBMs and other nukes, the world is just awaiting our destruction of it. Oh, we NEED the nukes to keep us from waging world wars? If that's true, then nothing we talk about vis-a-vis less important goals, makes any difference: they are feckless causes, all of them, ended in the not too distant future, in the grand holocaust of MAD. One day, a group of religious fanatics or similar nutjobs who actually want to burn the world will get control of a cash of nukes and start the exchange. Poof! We are all toast. So, U.N. stop with the posturing and put your whole effort into securing the future from ourselves first. Then I will believe in these lesser causes: believe that they actually matter.
Congrats! The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity.it's best initiative!
