Once runaway hothouse climate change is started, it cannot be stopped or reversed.
BP says that fossil demand will increase 15% by 2030 and fossil emissions will go up 10% more.
In 2018 oil production hit 100 million barrels/day for the first time says the IEA.
By 2025 oil production will increase 1 million barrels/day every year increasing oil demand by 7 million barrels/day.
If energy demand does not increase over the next 10 years, the financial system will collapse.
If fossil emissions do not go down 50% in 10 years, earth will enter runaway hothouse mass extinction.
Runaway mass extinction will begin by 2030-2040.
Livestock and agriculture are responsible for 80% of species extinction.
Once started mass extinction cannot be stopped or reversed.

The top 10% of earners consume 50% of emissions say Anderson.
Taxing the 10% of earners until they earn an average European wage will reduce emissions 30% says Anderson.

I really liked the historical summary. One of the key indicators of AGW is the cooling off the stratosphere as GHGs below absorb reflected IR. I would probably mention the post war temp dip due to aerosols which disappeared after the clean air regulations.
You didn't mention acidification of the oceans and its effect on life / food supply, less frequent but more powerful hurricanes, ditto snow snowstorms. Drought and flood extremes.
The planet will, under all circumstances, reach thermal equalibrium. Even with runaway positive feedback, there is no prediction of a Venus like outcome in the literature that I am aware of. That's because positive feedback is not inexhaustible. Only so much ice can melt, only so much methane can be released from the permafrost. There is only so much oil to burn. One this happens the ocean will absorb Co2, temps will drop, and negative feedbacks will take hold. Venus is different in that regard.
This happened in the past, when the Siberian Traps errupted 250mya adding a large amount of CO2, the outcome was an ice free tropical hot house but not venus. Venus has 96.5% CO2 whereas we have 0.004%. That said, you did make clear that it's not going to happen on Earth so this is to flesh out what you were saying rather than to correct.

Respect Your Intellect i usually agree with your videos, but a 2 degree warming will be very beneficial. The varming start from the poles so the impacts near the eqvator is much smaller. If the co2 rises it will only be more beneficial. The earth had been doomed many times by climate scientists and their predictions has always been wrong. Check out greenpeace founder Patric Moore.

MINIMUM Arctic sea-ice volume has been rising, not declining, since 2007. Here in Edmonton ab we experienced the coldest month of winter weather on record in February this year. Most of our provinces our fighting a carbon tax implemented by our government which is so ridiculous. The cycle of ice ages is NOT CO2 driven. It is solar/moon and earth cycles… our winters are getting longer and growing seasons are getting shorter. Between 1975-1998 Warming has been shown to be caused by strong solar cycles, ocean cycles and reduced clouds. Not CO2

So I just watched the video, thank you for posting it. I see you posted the flat earth videos so I thought maybe this might also interest you. Let me start by saying I am not a flat earther. I do however have a big problem with so called “climate science”, I don’t believe it is science. You do a very good job on your videos explaining scientific concepts, what is a theory, what is a law of physics, etc. I like your videos. I think however this video just sounded like all the other “climate science” videos. It’s not really science, where a complex theory can be explained describing how the world works and then some predictions are made that turn out to hold true. Climate science in my opinion is all groupthink, even in your video you spent time siting the groupthink. “90% of scientists say agree”. Could you imagine Einstein theory of relativity or Newton’s laws being taught by saying 90% of scientists agree but lacking no actual predictions that hold test after test. Take Einstein’s theory of space time, the have tested passage of time slowing at higher velocities many times over. I realize the climate may be considered more complicated but relatively is pretty complicated. The problem I have is “climate science” is so political. There is so much incentive to conform to the groupthink. Actually in many cases you can suffer negative consequences if you question the “science”. This seems more like religion to me, not science. I am sure you know that only 0.04% of the atmosphere is carbon and it is up only 0.01% in the last 70 years or so. Said another way In 1950, 99.97% of the atmosphere was CO2 molecule-free. Today, it's 99.96%, WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE! I understand this topic is so politically charged but if it is really science and really a threat as they tell us why aren’t there more resources that demonstrate the predictions that hold true instead of siting the groupthink statistics 90% of scientists agree? I hope this might make you think and maybe you can address my concerns in a more in-depth way. I like your videos you do a good job explaining precisely. I am hoping you can explain precisely with precision like you do other topics or maybe I have inspired our to be more critical and address some areas of the so called science that is skeptical.
