  1. Plan long term. Hopefully we’ll get there I think we should dream of connecting the northern part of Canada 🇨🇦 with the mains cities in the south build big green systems giving expertise, jobs and aspirations for the next generation of workers to study and build this country thinking of building universities along the way. I mean carbon capture technology exists but gasoline, diesel they’ve done their time I mean if we leave it in the ground we can always come back to it later in 100 years or more. The IS THIS THE END FOR THE OILSAND 🙀 headlines we get is bad really bad sad to chose to be behind as a country because we are reluctant to change. Tell me someone who doesn’t have access to internet theses day it’s happened in less than half a century.

  2. its all about margins and the uneducated slaves in alberta dont understand that.. price of oil drops.. so do the margins. and then the wages cant go up regardless of the Tax rates.. tax rates Have NO effect on the margins in business. none. this is taught in grade 10 accounting.. and other business classes in ontario high schools.. but Peter of Jesus also taught this to the 1st Christians.. so I will assume that the out west types have no love for Jesus and His teachings of 'render on to Cesar what is his' as JC converted Simon into Peter (so as to teach the Christians all about how not to get killed over not paying taxes – moses killed all Hebrews that did not pay taxes.. Exodus 32;27.. // stop being a slave to the americans that are all sheep of make believe.. stay in high school and read all about how Peter was a former Tax collector and taught Christians all about how 'tax rates dont change the margins'.

  3. Nice thoughts; we will see what is carried out. The time lines seem realistic. The ideas of things like net zero should been considered both indoors (workplaces) and outdoors. Bottom line, we need to be more responsible about what we create; manufacturing, entrepreneurship and supporting those small ideas that will have a positive and big impact for the good of society.

  4. Meaningless until the world's #1 polluter China stops building new coal power plants. Paris accord is a LICENSE TO POLLUTE. China has nukes, stealth fighters and supercomputers. They are not a developing nation.

  5. Canada doesn't want to burn coal in Canada to reduce emissions but it will send the coal to other countries that will burn it….What ??
What is this all really about?

  6. The reduction in the size of the economy because of the virus is a taste of what's to come if we go Net Zero get used to it.China is laughing at us while they continue to use there recourses I.e coal,I am all for reducing our use of Oil and gas as much as possible and get rid of coal, but do you really think that country's that have these resources are going to leave them in the ground ?

  7. Net zero would be a complete disaster for the West and other countries. How we have let ourselves get conned into believing all this so-called ‘environmental’ nonsense is beyond me? Are these people pushing for this agents of hostile countries? These ‘environmentalists’ and their ilk, like the ‘greens’ etc should be treated as basically terrorists, as they will destroy our countries if they have their way!
