In Africa there has not been a lot invested in an infrastructure. They can put in the best, the state of infrastructure. I am optimistic about the possibilities.
Bill Gates on how to avoid climate disaster. Because making it back in the early tech days and now having millions of dollars to burn gives you the same insight that climatologists have gained from decades of grifting academia and being wrong every time because they still get payed anyway.
You can't make an operating system that doesn't crash but you can dispense advice on a subject that scientists have been debating since the seventies when it was called the impending ice age.

"Climate Change" is perhaps the world's Greatest Completely Fictitious
Crisis.
We must "save" the entire planet from the supposed "evils" of Carbon
Dioxide, that "pesky gas" that we just happen to be "breathing out," is
necessary for Photosynthesis to occur, and just happens to comprise a
meager, minuscule, infinitesimal 0.038 percent of the atmosphere by
drastically reducing the entire world's Population and by enforcing a
universal Carbon Tax to force the world's nations to submit to World
Government under the United Nations.
I have asked myself for so many times what these men consider to be the conscience.

The ability to build more than 100 safe nuclear power plants at a time is in addition to the agreement reached by the US government, the Chinese government, and the EU government.
