We have to go in on renewables and nuclear because what would happen in event where a meltdown with the reactor because that would cause power to go down with all reactors in that area to stop another meltdown but meltdowns are rare so we should only be appearing if they happenand renewables as we conquered the universe renewables would only work on the planets and the orbits as we get further away from the sun renewables won’t work

The for-profit nuclear industry (Including all nuclear power generation and bomb system profiteers) want us to believe that there is no alternative to nuclear. Actually, nuclear is no alternative to climate change. The same power industry pushing nuclear is trying to convince us that our lives will never be complete unless we keep increasing the amount of energy we consume.
    This lie has been pushed on the public since the first bomb was tested. The truth is that we don't need nuclear power. Our lives would be better without it. In fact, if we were to step back to the 1940s our energy use would not be creating climate change. We had cars, phones, lighting, heating, indoor flush toilets, and air conditioners even back then. And with the technological knowledge we have now our lives could be full, easy, and healthy without any more energy than we had back then. This would be easy.
    We don't really "need" to consume the energy we are now consuming. It is only the energy industry propaganda that compels us to get "more power."
    We will be fine without nuclear. In fact we would be much better off using less energy. Plus, it's better than risking the total extinction of our species.

  35. "Stop Climate Change"?!? Are you all BRAIN-DEAD?!? The climate of planet earth, you morons, have been changing over thousands of years _ c o n t i n u o u s l y _ and this change is _ N A T U R A L _ !!!
    We come from an ice age and go to a "hot period" -. this can even be googled! It even can be googled, that there are different cycles with different cycle length… so these changes ANYWAY occur – even completely without any humans!
    And yes, you may be right and the human might have some impact on these cycles, _ b u t _ no serious scientist will ever be able to prove without doubt, that humans are solely responsible. Especially in regard to the known extremely poor climate prognosis models we can hardly expect at least halfway correct "prognosis" (more precisely and honestly they should be named _ guesses _), hence all the agenda fairy tales should – first and foremost – be seen as the justification and advertisement for the "energy change" agenda.

    And do you one-celled "experts" (and all the other free riders) seriously imagine to be able to change the _ n a t u r a l _ c y c l e _ of our earth?!? How dumb can a person be?!?

    To find a way for our "energy supply" we need to GET RID of the billionaire foundations and "trusts" and all that money-greedy riffraff, who have one single goal in their eyes (mirroring Dollar$, €uro$, ¥€n): Their own financial gain.
    It is mainly OUR earth and surely OUR future – we have to forget leaders and begin to live OUR OWN responsibilities!

  36. Plane crashes are unspeakable tragedies that have taken more lives than nuclear ever has and yet we didn't abandon flying. We came together looked at the crashes decided what needs to be fixed and what needs to happen to stop anything like it from happening again. It's possible for us to work around potentially dangerous outcomes of using technologies if we give it some effort. No one knows about the time a cargo door latch failed on two different planes which killed 346 people, but everyone knows Chernobyl even though less than 100 died directly from it. Poor engineering and maintenance is what takes lives, not radiation.
