the problem is that you put a spastic 14 year old to deliver your message. You cannot make people understand if they dont have the mentality to do it. What you need to do, is raise the education level of the society, prioritize science in school rather than sports or the Kardashians. Hammering climate change to the current population will not work
also if you want to get real. Using aliens as an example means you are dumbing down you message. Everyone know that in the vastness of the the universe, a space traveling alien will not care

Ah yes, because I'm sure the vast majority of humanity which produces next-to-nothing in terms of global emissions will be happy to hear that they too are part of the problem. There's a very clear group which produces the most emissions, we don't need to be tailoring messages to the people who aren't part of the problem.

From 1940 to 1980 the earth cooled. Why? because pollution was blocking the sun rays.

The problems I've encountered aren't with an inability to understand, it's a refusal to believe. So many people think of it as "liberal propaganda." Or they might believe it's happening but refuse to believe we had anything to do with it. "This has happened many times on our planet before." Which is unfortunately true (just not in such a short period of time).

TreeApp, an app that plants trees on your behalf every day. All you have to do is watch a 30 second advert.
Tribaldata, an app that sells data. You can plant a tree every time you earn enough points.
Both apps work on smartphones and tablets.
Ecosia, a search engine just like Google, but all it's profits go to planting trees.
Thenonprofits, a website with links to click to donate. You can plant trees, protect forests, help people who are poor, sick, provide healthcare and education, etc for free.
I need to disagree. Here in the US, apart from the most imbecilic representative, who I will not mention by her name, get it. They understand and they have the power to act. But most don't or activity block legislation to curb climate change. Oh but if we change the people's views, they will elect people to make the changes we need. The people we need are already in office, they refuse to act.

All "warming priests" tell what will happen is the emission won't be stopped. But they know far less what will happen if the emissions will be cut. The truth is we will have same catastrophic phenomena like today and no one knows if less severe and less frequent.
I have been an environmentalist for the last 50 years. I read the books and articles on climate change.What I see is the words Climate change and greenhouse gases or co2 levels are meaningless. He said it right HOW DOES IT EFFECT ME OR MY CHILDREN IS KEY
