The new normal will be ever-worsening climate chaos as runaway greenhouse accellerates and as the earth gets hotter and hotter and hotter. The heating doesnt stop at a livable level. Only after all the ice has melted, the oceans have died, and all the forests have burnt up and all the terrestrial and sub-sea permafrost have thawed and released all their greenhouse gasses, and after all the nuclear fuel rods have burnt up, will the temperature finally stablize. It could be as hot as 50c hotter than today. The year is debatable, but 2200 seems realistic. Humans are likely to go extinct at 4c, which is probable by 2030.
Urgently transition the global economy to renewably powered electricity.
Everyone will be dead by 2040.
