From your point of view, your gas and food bills will quadruple, Your factory's will shut down and you will have many power cuts. unless you have free energy the best way to not risk environmental disaster is to reduce global demand by reducing the global population, if you don't do this as a choice of policy it will become one by other forces at work in the world with the will to do what is practically efficient and by doing so they can also build a world in their own image afterwards, culling is practical it's also not genocide because that is a law term, you are always happy to do this to animals and you know the effects well, all imbalance must be corrected, when you removed the predator the prey becomes bigger than it's environment threatening the habitat of other animals who still have their own predators, you know the imbalance is wrong so we must all come to believe in balance in order to move forward.

You SHOULDN'T HAVE a net-zero agenda. This kind of hippie, green alarmist cult-like thinking is why so much of Europe is so dependent on Russian energy in the first place, which is one of the reasons Putin felt so emboldened to invade Ukraine! Time to get real, people!
