  1. When these entities ring my doorbell, I kindly ask them to leave after saying no….several times I have to demand (loudly) to the GTF off my property. I will never convert my home to solar, nor will I buy one that is converted. Structurally alone, there are way too many issues.

  2. Wait a minute, a Salesman lied??? What??? Surely not….. The scam of Solar is sad and laughable at the same time. See what is going on in Australia as to what the Socialist Government is doing to the People they forced to go Green, and now they are taxed for the extra energy the Citizen creates….

  3. And who's going to use more than 70,000 dollars in electricity in a lifetime better off to stick with your electric company and just keep it all your power bills down turn off all your lights and even some of your set up your junction box so you can turn stuff off

  4. Your title makes it sound as if all solar companies are shady!
My electric bill on average is 200 a month. It would take nearly 38 years to pay for $91,000 in electricity.
That alone would be a deal breaker! I'm 62, I have serious doubts I'll be around for 38 more years!

  5. My solar pays for itself in 13 years, imputing the yearly savings as without solar. That is an investment of 8%. System is 5years now and is working as promised. 180 panels, $150,000.

  6. Our government should be investing in the technology more and incentivize companies companies to make and manufacture the hardware here. Think that may bring down the cost.

  7. Did this fool really think some salesman could come along and tell him that the energy company would be a bitch in a while? I guess he doesn’t understand what kind of bitch she is good luck finding your energy and can’t even create it on your own.

  8. 3:11 They also fail to mention that solar panels don't even LAST 25 years. So you'll never break even! My electric bill is under $30 / month, and they keep trying to sell me on solar 😂

  9. If you cannot afford to go completely solar; Go partially solar.
Actually, going partially solar is a good way to go.
Set up enough solar to provide power to your lighting and or some appliances only.
    These are what run 24/7.
Putting them on solar reduces your electric bill.
Don't worry so much about the 220V stuff until later.
I saved a little over 60% for September 2024 on my bill compared to last year's bill.

  10. You do not have to spend $60K to $100K for solar.
You do not have to use their high priced equipment.
A couple of these commercial solar companies wanted to charge me $60K for solar.
I built my own systems for less than $7K.
No loans, no leases, no BS.
If you need help with this, reply to this comment, tell me what you want to do.
