Wouldn’t you be breathing in CO2 as you’re breathing in oxygen while they’re walking? Now they’re walking again only with a little boy and his dad everybody’s breathing oxygen except the little boy, does this make sense? And why do their vehicles just all of a sudden stop working CO2 shouldn’t do that I don’t think. Oh, he answered that no oxygen no internal combustion. I can’t breathe, but let’s make out for a while! there’s gotta be a jerk asshole in every single movie, and he always carries a gun and he’s volatile. And then when people are scared, they do even worse things than they would normally and this is a real winner. This could really happen. Gotta keep an eye on those big companies. They do whatever the heck they want and the government lets them. Thanks for sharing. Good movie.

Fear mongering movie. CO2 is good for the plants and through photosynthesis then it gets converted to O2, basic chemistry.

This is a true story except it happened in Africa in the 80s. Almost 2000 people died and about 1500 or so Livestock.

Yea it made me wonder. the atmosphere is made up of several gasses. Its about 78.08 percent nitrogen, 20.95 percent oxygen, and 0.93 percent argon. A brew of trace gases accounts for the other approximately 0.04 percent, including the greenhouse gases carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide and ozone. 19% oxygen is the limit that a human can survive and actually do something. lower than that you fall asleep and lower again you die. How much Co2 would you need in the air to bring the oxygen level down. If we managed to lower it by 2% we'd be very lethargic until we acclimatized which considering where some people live is possible . Considering some of the other records we have broken is it just a matter of time until we've deprived ourselves of sufficient oxygen levels. Fortunately it is a low base point 0.04 to start from, but were humans and were always up to the challenge of screwing up the planet.

I'm guessing there will be a fundamental cock up in this movie, that is the belief that the amount of co2 in the atmosphere will lead to the planet warming to the point where we all die. This is far from accurate, it is a manufactured event by people wanting a one world govt. Our job is to not let this happen.
I get so tired the car's can't start in movies, just like when someone is running away from danger they trip and fall. Hollywood can't think of anything else.
This is certainly an interesting film, a disaster movie based on what could be a potentially very real, large-scale disaster in the near future? I realise that they have been some similar, very real events in the past… so is there any real wisdom in building gigantic scale potentials for the same thing to happen again?
Wind turbines are not the solution. Clean nuclear energy is. The turbine is a bird gillitine. There made with oil. They breakdown in cold weather. And they fill up landfills leaking chemicals. Come on were smarter than this.

He could've cut this down to 2 hours and cut out the un-necessary melodrama and still tell the story
