The Daily Telegraph’s Tim Blair says Foreign Minister Penny Wong’s inability to explain net zero was a “lot of circular logic”.
“There are ways to explain it, I suppose, maybe Penny’s just not over it,” he told Sky News host Rowan Dean.
“Net zero means obviously that you are producing emissions but you’re doing things that either off-set or otherwise address those emissions so the effect is net zero.”
