  1. It is a general belief that a govt employee always have a good salary. Actually most the govt employee at the post of class 4 ( peon, chowkidaar, maali) today work as a daily wager for 7 to 8 years for a meagre wage of 4000 to 7000 per month and then they are regularised after working for 7 or 8 year sometimes even for 12 years when their age is about 45 or sometimes 50 year. Now what do you think , will this meagre amount of ₹ 7000 be enough for him together with his family to bear all the expenses of his daily life. When he is not allowed to generate other sources of income by doing any private work if he is capable of , in his part time???? Will he be able to provide his child a better professional education in this ammount ??? Does any bank offer education or home loan to a person with this amount of salary to build a home???? And if not then is it possible for this Govt employee to educate his children , to build a house for him , to provide medical facilities to his dependent, or to earn this much saving that he could be able to survive in the end when govt retires him on the basis that he is now no more able to work. You all must have known why people are retired?? Now in the end …. No Pension….
