I don't hear Trudope complaining about the amount of fuel airplanes are burning per second! A 747 burns around 4 liters a second and a 10 hour flight uses 36,000 gallons. Why aren't we controlling the amount of unnecessary flights per day? Google how many large planes fly out of your local airport per day and do the math.

Carbon tax is doing nothing but inflicting financial strain on Canadians ( Cash Grab). China emits 31% of global Carbon dioxide and Asian in total 53% which includes China. Canada emits 1.9%. Unless China curbs its emissions , not likely, they are building more oil and coal generated power plants in 2023 than they did in 2021. What we do here will make no difference. In 2021 Canada sold 36.5 Million Tons of coal to Asia( China) 46% of Canada's coal exports ( On the Canada web site) . How will other high polluting countries curb their emissions? How can other countries help the high polluters curb their pollution? What other countries do and don't do affects the world, Canada is not in a bubble.
