Vince an ignorant sod with his nose deep in the eco trough. His wealth is coming from our over inflated utility bills.
What happens when universities are only allowed to carry out research to prove the eco doom as the scientist livelihoods and research funding depends on them writing papers to endorse the eco scare stories. If they try to prove this narrative is wrong then they are sacked. The Green cult is a political policy driven by the world elites and preached by the indoctrinated beneficiaries like Vince and the frightened youth.
This is now 2024, we have ULEZ all over the UK which is driving old cars off the road due to the level of fines being imposed by local authorities! The government is forcing farmers to stop farming 30% of productive land and insisting of flowers and trees which cannot be eaten! Forcing the import of the food required at higher prices! As regards the EV market it is collapsing world wide as the people do not want them and refuse to buy them. Japan, American & European motor manufacturers as cutting all production of EV's as they are not selling even at scrap value sale prices! They are reinvesting in ICE power plants!
Dale is confusing the price of privately owned wind and solar units serving only the individual who owns it then it is very cheap but they are not on the grid for that!
All prices on the grid are sky high due to the way they are all linked to the highest global price of the most expensive of Oil or Gas! That is why we are being ripped off by the suppliers!
Dale Vince please answer this for me, if the UK reaches net zero how:-
1/ How much Carbon will the world be reduced by?
2/ How much will the world temperature come down by?
3/ Why are we Still destroying forests and woodland?
4/ How much more carbon will be released In the air by digging up the planet for renewables?
5/ How much richer will you be personally?
6/ When in the history of the UK has prices come back down?
