Trees and Bushes (landscaping, mini parks/oasis) are important as they act as natural air conditioners and are the best options…but build shade structures attached to or adjacent to buildings(especially South & Western facing)and shade over asphalt parking lots and large concrete areas… Shading AC units also allow them to be much more efficient…
Mitigating stored IR Heat is simple
We need to be smart. Shade trees consume less water than grass. ❤ there are water efficient trees. Low water plants and drip irrigation. Please stay safe. ❤

climate change is actually beneficial. we have had a "greening" of the planet. plants are growing bigger and faster due to the higher co2 levels.
