Net Zero is practically impossible. Renewables currently cannot fully replace gas and oil. Lorries, planes and ships that transport goods can’t go electric without a great leap in technology. Carbon capture technology is also in its infancy so to achieve net zero we’d have to produce next to no carbon emissions and the only way to do that would be strict regulations that lead to poverty.

Labour are no longer the party for the working man. I am getting sick of these politicians controlling ever aspect of our lives. It should be my decision what car I decide to buy or what form of heating I want. Let the greens be green and let those who choose other forms of fuel be allowed too. When china, India and American get their co2 emissions down to ours then we can look at it again otherwise it’s a waste of money

Until the electricity used to power heat pumps is 100% green, what’s the point in stopping gas boilers. What’s the point of burning gas to make electricity to heat homes via heat pumps!?

Well Point 1 electric vehicle Deffo NO NO , THEY CANNOT GET HOUSEHOLD BATTERIES TO LAST, AND AFTER 3 HYBRID CARS ALL HAD BATTERY PROBLEMS, MAIN DEALER SAID ,YIU MUST TAKE YOUR CAR FOR 1HR DRIVE EVERY 10 DAYS AND THATS EVEN IF YOU DONT WANT TO , They don't tell you this when buying one ,so it's back to petrol for me 100% ,2, I will never have a heat pump never I shal go back to burning logs and coal plenty of hot water and heat , heat pumps belong on hospital sites not on the front or side of bungalows for god sake ,I have a 24,7 coal log chimney and one things for sure ,I am not changing for no one ,No One 😅😅😅
